What areas do you service?

Linqit is based in Centurion, Gauteng, and works with clients across South Africa. Many of our services — including remote support, training, and consulting — are delivered online, so location is rarely a limitation.

How do I log a support request?

Existing clients can email support@linqit.co.za or call 012 004 1753 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00). Please include your company name, system details, and a description of the issue.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

Implementation timelines vary based on the size of the business, the number of modules, and the complexity of integrations required. Linqit will provide a detailed project plan and timeline during the scoping phase. Most mid-market implementations range from a few weeks to several months.

Do you offer once-off projects or ongoing support contracts?

Linqit offers both. We handle once-off implementation and development projects as well as long-term managed support agreements. Our team will recommend the right arrangement based on your needs.
